Stop Paying Attention To Time & Get More Done

3 Tools That Increased My Productivity

I stopped paying attention to time and started getting more done.

If you want to use your time at a higher value percentage, you will need to stop looking at all the clocks around you.

Ashton Brooke

You have time. Let me say this again…You have time.

What you don’t have is the bandwidth to keep looking around at what you aren’t sure about doing.

You have more time to work when you can increase your productivity by limiting the number of decisions you have to make or the number of fights you have with yourself.

This means you have to stop looking at the time and focus on the action.

In return, you will find more focus and more time to work with when you look up after being present in your action.

Why? Because you started eliminating the things that slow down how quickly you take action and execute.

Taking Action FASTER Requires Strategy

There isn’t a single successful person that walked the earth that got where they are without executing to the fullest potential. But, what really is taking action to your fullest potential?

It’s the moment you take action systematically that’s so in sync with your outcome that you no longer waste time on what’s not necessary.

Now, obviously, we are human so we will have our moments. But, if you’ve ever wondered what needed to truly change to get you to that level of taking action at your fullest potential, you found your answer.

STRATEGY.

Use it and create the structure of a day that aligns with where you are going.

Productivity Will Enhance Your Performance

There is no better way to improve yourself and get to your outcome than creating a system that increases your productivity.

Your daily performance is the best gauge of finding the point of where you are and getting clear on the next steps you need to take.

I wanted to share a few tools with you that I use as part of my system that has allowed me to get more done in less time.

3 Tools I Used To Increase My Productivity:

  1. Notion:My go-to every single day is Notion to keep my life in order and on track. I seriously can’t think of a better productivity app that I trust more. I started using it back when it first launched a few years ago and it has been a LITERAL GOAL SAVER, ever since. I am telling you, this ADHD chick could not find any system that worked, then I met Notion and the rest is history.
  2. Meditation:I started meditating a few years ago. At first, it was frustrating and eventually, it began to work. I’ve realized, that meditation helps my mind feel clear and removes the glaze over what I need to do. If I don’t meditate, I feel confused by every next task even if I have it written down.
  3. Notes:This can be done anywhere, although my favorite is in my Notion Life Planner, sticky notes, and my notes app via Apple. I use these methods all day every day to write down my list of things I need to do, create notes for myself, and write my creative thoughts down to use later.

Message To Take Into The Day:

Time is your best asset. It’s the highest value you have to your advantage and you need to make sure you are using it to your full potential.

Use tools and methods to stack your habits faster by having more systems in your life. It’s not just creating new habits that you need. It’s creating a system for your life that keeps you engaged to show up to execute every single day.

Don’t create a few new habits, create a new system for your life.

Watch how your execution changes.

In abundance,

Ashton
