The ups and downs have a way of spinning us in a circle instead of moving to the next step. It all comes back to our perception of the life we are living.

There is no true victim of your story because you are the decision-maker. Stop holding on to things blocking you because you will always get a new decision to choose your way through every time. Look at where you are—you have never left being en route.
Embrace the reality of growing your character. Don’t hold so tightly to your emotions, find the level up of who you are each day. Your emotions will keep spinning you until you release the addiction you have to being stuck. You have never been stuck, you have always been given another decision to grow.
